About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for a driven and confident Part-Time Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, sales, and is comfortable supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive outbound calling to engineering businesses to generate new leads and opportunities
- Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients
- Supporting the internal sales process from initial enquiry through to handover
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations team
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
- Confident and professional telephone manner with experience in outbound calling or telesales
- Background in or exposure to the engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
