Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and targeted market research
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on business development activity
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
