Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and targeted market research
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on business development activity
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
