Salary: £27-30,000

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced CAD Technician to join their team in Nottinghamshire and make an immediate contribution to a busy and varied workload.

Duties for the role of CAD Technician include:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality designs and technical drawings
- Produce detailed construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and associated details
- Attend site visits and undertake surveys to ensure designs and works meet relevant requirements
- Keep up to date with current industry standards, legislation, trends, and technical regulations
Skills and experience for the role of CAD Technician:
- Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, CAD, or a related discipline
- Relevant post-qualification experience gained within a UK-based practice or consultancy
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience preparing and developing architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Based within a commutable distance of Nottinghamshire
