This is a great opportunity to for a CAD Technician to join a growing chartered surveying practice that has a strong reputation delivering projects across the residential and public sector who offer great training and continued progression as the team expands.

This established consultancy delivers surveying and design services across refurbishment, new build, stock condition, and residential projects, working closely with housing associations, local authorities, educational institutions, and other public sector clients throughout London and the Southeast. You'll be responsible for producing accurate AutoCAD drawings from survey information, supporting Building Surveyors with floor plans, elevations, sections, and design layouts, while also attending sites to collect data when required. The role offers an excellent mix of office, site, and hybrid working once you've completed your initial onboarding and training period.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a CAD Technician with experience within the residential sector and be confident producing floor plans, elevations, window and door detail, as well as holding a UK drivers license and has their own vehicle.

The Role:

• Produce 2D and the occasional 3D drawings from survey information
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and design layouts
• Support surveyors across a range of residential projects
• Based out of their office in Orpington, with occasional site travel across London and the Southeast
• Great opportunity for continued development and progression

• CAD Technician
• Experience producing floor plans, elevations, doors and window plans
• Commutable distance to their office in Orpington
• Full UK drivers license and vehicle to be able to travel to sites
