Automotive Spray Painter – £39,780 per year (£765 per week) + Bonuses & Overtime | 42.5 hours/week

Location: Bristol area (worksite in Weston-super-Mare)

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding and masking for paint application
• Mix paint colours to exact specifications
• Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply multiple coats ensuring a flawless finish
• Inspect and touch up painted surfaces
• Maintain a clean, organised work area following health and safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in vehicle spraying or automotive painting is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
• Good colour perception and an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks
• Strong organisational skills and time management
