Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling new and used vehicles, along with accessories and add-ons
  • Presenting finance, insurance, and warranty options to customers
  • Managing the customer journey from initial contact through to delivery, including updates on delivery status
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Collecting payments and verifying documentation
  • Explaining warranty and servicing arrangements; introducing customers to the Service Department
  • Demonstrating vehicle features to customers and offering post-sale support
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets within a team environment
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge
  • Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of car sales experience in a franchise-approved dealership
  • Stable employment history with a recognised, reputable company
  • Living within reasonable commuting distance of North Bristol
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Previous experience with premium, prestige, or electric vehicles is advantageous but not essential
  • Genuine passion for automotive sales and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, results-driven attitude, and a professional approach
