We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their franchise-approved dealership in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop their career within the automotive sales industry.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling new and used vehicles, including various models from compact cars to SUVs, electric vans, and commercial vehicles
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement
  • Promoting and selling additional products such as accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warranties
  • Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery schedules and managing any delays
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently as a Car Sales Executive
  • Collecting payments and completing relevant paperwork prior to vehicle handover
  • Explaining warranty and service arrangements; introducing customers to the Service Department where appropriate
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to generate repeat business as a Car Sales Executive
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous car sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience within a franchise dealer environment or strong transferable skills from customer service or other sales roles
  • A strong desire to achieve results and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently, recognising and maximising sales opportunities
  • Brand-focused with energy and commitment towards meeting targets
  • UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including working on Saturdays and occasional Sundays during March and September
