We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client in Otley, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the motor trade to join a reputable and expanding automotive dealership. Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial viewing and test drives to final delivery
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and accessory products
  • Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service at every stage of the sales process
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness
  • Uphold high levels of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
  • Follow dealership procedures and policies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements of a car Sales Executive:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry is essential
  • Demonstrable drive, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent product knowledge with the ability to explain features and benefits effectively
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
