We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive at a well-established dealership in Dorchester. Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their professional team. This Sales Executive role is ideal for individuals driven to succeed in a target-focused environment, offering excellent prospects for career development within a reputable dealership.

Duties:
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Actively promote and sell stock to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships and follow up on leads
  • Conduct test drives and complete all relevant paperwork efficiently
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to dealership objectives
  • Promote brand loyalty through excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a comparable customer-facing sales role
  • Main dealer experience preferred; transferable sales experience will be considered
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
  • Valid UK driving licence
