Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Change Manager for their MAPS HELM Air Traffic Control Coordinator project. Role Summary:
As the MAPS HELM Air Traffic Control Coordinator, you will act as the central hub for overseeing and coordinating Project HELM activities. Your role will involve extensive stakeholder engagement, risk management, and planning to ensure that significant technology initiatives are executed with minimal impact on production stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Project HELM activities across all MAPS Lines of Business.
  • Facilitate application readiness reviews and impact assessments.
  • Maintain visibility of significant migrations, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure patching activities.
  • Represent MAPS in programme and governance forums, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and scheduling concerns.
  • Support maintenance window planning and governance activities.
  • Produce executive updates and operational reports to track readiness and implementation status.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives for better visibility and reporting.
  • Promote effective communication across teams involved in major technology changes.

Required Skills & Experience:
Essential:

  • Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple teams and priorities effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Remedy ITSM and IT Service Management processes.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management and technology risk remediation.
  • Awareness of enterprise change management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and EPAS processes.
  • Experience with Release Management Workbench (RMW) and implementation governance.
  • Knowledge of Ansible deployment automation tooling and CUTOVER deployment orchestration.
  • Background in supporting technology modernisation and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with trading technology environments and operational resilience practises.
