We currently have a vacancy for a Change Manager to join our Change and Transformation Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Change and Transformation Team and play a key role in delivering major organisational change programmes across the Combined Authority. Working closely with programme teams, senior leaders and stakeholders, you will help ensure change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, supporting colleagues to adopt new ways of working and delivering measurable benefits.

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with programme and project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change is understood, planned and successfully implemented. You will use recognised change management approaches to assess impacts, engage stakeholders, monitor adoption and support teams through periods of transition.
Working across a diverse portfolio of transformation activity, you will have the opportunity to influence how change is experienced across the organisation. From developing change strategies and engagement plans to supporting benefits realisation and organisational readiness, you will play an important role in helping deliver meaningful improvements that support our strategic ambitions.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Change and Transformation, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing specialist change management support to programme teams, managers and stakeholders.

Delivering and coordinating change management activity across programmes, projects and transformation initiatives.

Applying structured change and benefits management approaches to drive successful implementation, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the organisation.

About You
You will have the following key skills, attributes, education, and experience:

Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or a recognised professional qualification in change management or project delivery, or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge and practical application of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, provide challenge and support colleagues through change.

Experience of developing and delivering change management products and activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption plans.
