As an FP&A Analyst in Leicester, you'll play a key role in our client's team by helping to manage and analyse financial data to support business decisions.

This role is all about ensuring the numbers add up and providing insights that help the company move forward.

Client Details

Our client is looking to hire a commercially minded and highly analytical FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our client and for someone to combine finance and data to improve the way in which our client's internal stakeholders understand and use financial information.

For the successful FP&A Analyst you will have a strong focus on financial modelling and Power BI.

Description

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and long-term planning processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends or concerns.
• Assist in developing financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance.
• Able to commute to our client's office in Leicester.
• Previous experience in an FP&A (budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities).
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
• A relevant qualification in finance or accounting.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
