Project Manager – Civil Engineering

The CSR Group are working with a civil engineering contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects across roads, utilities and water infrastructure.

This is an opportunity for an experienced civils professional to take ownership of delivery, coordinating site teams and managing programme, costs and client expectations.

Package

• €85,000–€95,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage programmes, resources and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor budgets, procurement and variations with the commercial team.
• Coordinate clients, consultants and relevant utility stakeholders.
• Oversee safety, quality, project risks and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities or water infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and project budgets.
• Strong planning, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Confident leading client meetings and driving programme milestones.
