We're recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a professional evening cleaning operation in Gloucester. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll lead & support a team, maintain high standards & play an important role in keeping the site running smoothly.

• £13.85 per hour
• Monday to Friday - no weekend working
• Consistent evening hours of 30 hours per week
• Flexible hours of 3pm-9pm or 4pm-9pm
• You'll take on a varied role with responsibility & autonomy
• You'll work within a professional office environment
• You'll have the opportunity to develop your supervisory experience

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day evening operation & help ensure the team consistently delivers high standards.

• Supervise, support & motivate the evening cleaning team
• Carry out regular checks & walk-rounds to monitor standards
• Complete supervisor checks & report any issues
• Support with team organisation & coordination
• Carry out cleaning duties when required
• Clean offices, restaurants, toilets, washrooms & showers
• Use cleaning machinery & equipment safely
• Support with training & guidance for new team members
• Keep cleaning cupboards stocked & organised
• Arrange cover for sickness & annual leave when required
• Report operational issues to management
• Ensure health & safety procedures & cleaning standards are followed

We're looking for someone confident leading a team who isn't afraid to get stuck in & lead by example.

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience - essential
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• A hands-on approach & positive attitude
• Ability to lead, motivate & support a team
• Good understanding of confidentiality, health & safety & company procedures
• BICS qualification would be desirable, but is not essential
