Cnc Programmer Setter Operator

Richmond Engineering Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our growing team.

We specialise in high-precision, high-value one-off and small batch machining, producing quality components for a wide range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys challenging work and takes pride in producing exceptional parts.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Be confident programming using Mastercam software.
• Be able to set and operate CNC milling machines independently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Be experienced machining one-off and low-volume precision components.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work well as part of a small team while also being capable of working independently and using their own initiative.
• Be committed to producing work of the highest quality.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Fanuc controls.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment and quality procedures.
• Previous experience in precision engineering or subcontract machining.
