Commercial Account Handler

We are working with a well-established, independent insurance broker in the Leicester area who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and managing a varied portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Working closely with Account Executives, insurers and colleagues, you'll be responsible for managing renewals, handling mid-term adjustments, obtaining competitive quotations, supporting new business opportunities and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service at every stage of the insurance journey.

About You

• Previous experience in a Commercial Account Handler or Account Manager role
• Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a ‘client first’ mentality
• Experience in negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms for clients
• Organised, accurate and able to manage a busy workload
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and FCA compliance
