4Site are currently seeking a M&E Engineer to join our clients M&E Division for their Property Services Department, providing a multi-skilled maintenance service, that will include Mechanical & Electrical, HVAC and Water Hygiene services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer looking to step into a Lead role. A fantastic chance for a driven professional ready to take on more responsibility within a well-established Facilities 
Management company. In this role you will play a key part in managing maintenance operations for a prestigious high-profile site in West London while you will still have a hands-on approach to PPM and reactive maintenance. 

Duties will include but not limited to:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and contractors ensuring top-tier service delivery
• Support PPM and reactive maintenance when needed ensuring smooth efficient building operations (including emergency lighting testing & remedials, PAT testing, water sampling, plumbing & water treatment remedial, servicing, diagnosing & inspection of AC, HVAC & water systems,)
• Enforcing and preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, RAMs and maintain full regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular audits and inspections ensuring maintenance aligns with best practices and safety standards and implementing safe working practices
• Serve as a key technical contact providing guidance to both your team and the clients on-site leadership
• Production of quotes and estimates including correct parts and labour times
• Using the click system to complete job sheets, carry out quotes and provide certifications
• Ordering and sourcing materials

Required qualifications and experience: 
• NVQ Level 2/3 or higher in Electrical or Pumbing fields
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
• Previous experience and proven background within Mechanical & Electrical servicing & maintenance with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
• Health and Safety expertise and knowledge of compliance, RAMs and industry regulations
• Leadership ability, confident in managing teams problem-solving and driving operational success
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• General maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical works
• Full Driving Licence (advantageous)
• Good customer service skills
• Previous use of handheld technology and email
