THE ROLE
As a Commercial Panel Beater / Commercial Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged commercial vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repair and replace damaged body panels on commercial vehicles, including HGVs and LCVs.
·Carry out panel beating, straightening and realignment using approved repair methods.
·Repair or replace structural and non-structural components where required.
·Use specialist body repair equipment and measuring systems.
·Work closely with Workshop Controllers, Estimators and fellow technicians to ensure repairs remain on schedule.
·Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and quality throughout every repair.
·Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and health and safety regulations.
·Keep work areas clean, organised and maintain accurate repair documentation.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Panel Beater who enjoys delivering quality repairs and takes pride in producing excellent results within a busy commercial Bodyshop.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Commercial Panel Beater, Commercial Panel Technician, HGV Panel Beater, Commercial Vehicle Body Repair Technician or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle body repair techniques and repair processes.
·The ability to repair both structural and cosmetic vehicle damage.
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative workshop team.
·A positive attitude with strong organisational skills.
·A full UK driving licence.
