Concrete Power Floaters – Precast Factory

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable precast manufacturing company, offering long-term work within a rewarding and fast-paced industry.

Net Temps Limited are currently recruiting for experienced Power Floaters to work on an ongoing temporary basis within a busy precast concrete factory.

Location: S80 (Worksop)
Pay Rate: £16.10 per hour + holiday pay
Shift: Afternoons – Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating power float machinery to finish concrete surfaces to a high standard
• Power floating precast concrete products within a factory environment
• Smoothing, levelling, and finishing concrete using power float equipment
• Monitoring concrete consistency and timing for effective power floating
• Carrying out surface finishing and quality checks on completed concrete
• Maintaining and safely operating power floating equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Supporting production through efficient and accurate concrete finishing

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential due to shift times and location (free onsite parking available)
• Valid right to work in the UK

Duration:

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with consistent work available.
