Construction Administrator – Permanent Opportunity

Pro Staff Construction are working with a construction company based in Swansea who is looking to recruit a Construction Administrator to support their Construction Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will support project teams, manage customer care defects, maintain key construction systems, and assist with a variety of office and site administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams
  • Coordinate defect works and contractor attendance
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain construction reporting dashboards
  • Support Construction, Commercial, Technical and HSEQ teams with administration duties
  • Maintain project documentation, warranties and contract records
  • Support project handovers and completion documentation
  • Assist with construction compliance and customer care

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience within construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
