A forward thinking, proactive mobile FM Contract Manager role has just opened up, for a brand-new contract covering 5 sites across Southampton.
Mobilisation experience would be a great advantage as this contract has just been awarded.
This is a corporate contract which would suit a very a confident forward-facing manager who can run the P&L and drive the contract forward to it’s full potential.
Experience of running Building Services, Hard FM, M&E contracts will be essential.
