Contracts Manager – Total Facilities Management (TFM)
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Rate: £400 per day
Contract: 6 Months – Opportunity to Go Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to provide short-term support across a large and complex estate in Farnborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Contracts Manager with a strong background in Total Facilities Management (TFM) and previous experience working across real estate and estates environments.

Initially a 6-month contract, there is an opportunity for the position to develop into a permanent role.

The role:

  • Manage the delivery and performance of TFM contracts across the estate.

  • Take a commercially focused approach to contract management and service delivery.

  • Support and manage contract mobilisation, ensuring services are successfully implemented and transitioned.

  • Manage contractor and supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Monitor contractual and commercial performance, identifying risks and areas for improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers and supply-chain partners.

  • Ensure contractual obligations and service standards are consistently achieved.

  • Drive performance, value and continuous improvement across FM service delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Contracts Management experience within Total Facilities Management.

  • Previous experience within real estate, property or large estate environments.

  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

  • Proven experience of mobilising FM contracts.

  • Experience managing and reporting against KPIs and SLAs.

  • Confident managing suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks, challenge performance and drive value.

This would suit an experienced TFM Contracts Manager looking to join a complex estate environment in Farnborough, with the potential to secure a longer-term permanent opportunity.
