Shift Patterns
Day Shift: Monday (07:00 - 17:15) and Tuesday to Thursday (07:00 - 16:45).
Night Shift: Monday (21:00 - 07:15) and Tuesday to Thursday (21:00 - 06:45).
Note: Shift times may vary slightly depending on work location within the facility.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret complex schematic drawings to plan assembly methods and sequences.
- Perform diverse electrical tasks, including wiring, installation, terminations, connecting panels, crimping, and upfitting cable trays/ladder racks and conduits on gensets and enclosures.
- Safely operate a wide variety of power and hand tools.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Strict compliance with site health, safety, quality standards, and the 5S programme.
- Train and mentor other team members when required.
- Maintain professional conduct aligned with company core values and support business improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or an equivalent relevant electrical qualification.
- Proven track record in electrical wiring, installation, terminations, panel connection, and conduit/cable tray fitting.
- Experience working within a lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical capability to work at heights and in enclosed/confined work areas.
- Strong attention to detail, a keen commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
