Contracts Manager

I am currently working with a Nottinghamshire based Local Authority for an urgent Contracts Manager role for an initial 6 months but a view for very long term work.

You will require NVQ Level 6 in either construction management or construction contracts or equivalent and preferably SMSTS.

We would be happy to speak to Site Manager, Contracts Managers, Asset Managers etc.

This work focuses on Decent Homes with contract values ranging between £40-50m per year so it is essential to have Decent Homes experience.
