As a Crane Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead crane systems.

Responsibilities
Installation and Commissioning:

Lead or assist in the installation and commissioning of overhead crane systems at customer sites.

Ensure proper setup, alignment, and testing of crane components.
Routine Maintenance:

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability and efficiency of overhead crane systems.

Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Emergency Repairs:

Respond promptly to service calls for emergency repairs and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Coordinate with clients to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
Upgrades and Modifications:

Evaluate existing crane systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance performance and safety.

Implement modifications and upgrades as per customer requirements and industry standards.
Customer Support:

Provide technical support to customers regarding crane operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades.

Prepare detailed service reports for clients and internal documentation.
Adherence to Safety Standards:

Requirements
