Customer Experience Coordinator (TLO) required for a new, temporary role in the North East (initially Teesside then Sunderland).


The Role
Working for a regional construction business, you will be responsible for the provision of support to social housing tenants during planned work on their home.  This could new kitchens, bathrooms or windows and new heating installations.

The role involves visiting customers in their homes to explain the planned works, record any individual requirements, and ensure a courteous and considerate service throughout. 

There is a very strong possibility that this will become permanent for the right person, at this point the salary will be £30,000 and a car/car allowance and fuel card.

The Person
Applications are welcome from people with strong customer facing and admin skills.  Own transport is essential, along with the flexibility to travel to locations including Sunderland and Teesside. 

The rate is £15.00 per hour PAYE (the equivalent to £30,000 per year) and this role comes with a fuel allowance too. 

Remuneration
£15.00 per hour PAYE
