Join a well-established housing team in a rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in supporting residents and ensuring they receive an excellent customer experience throughout works to their homes. This Customer Liaison Officer position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term temporary contract, providing consistent and stable work.
Based in Grimsby, with occasional travel to Boston, you’ll act as an important link between residents, contractors, and the wider project team. You’ll help keep residents informed, respond to queries, build positive relationships, and ensure customers are supported throughout the process.

We’d love to hear from anyone with a background as a Customer Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, Housing Officer, Housing Assistant, Customer Service Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, or experience in social housing, property, construction, customer service, or a similar customer-facing environment.

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be:
· Acting as a key point of contact for residents throughout works
· Keeping customers informed about planned works, schedules, and any changes
· Responding to resident queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
· Building strong relationships with residents, contractors, site teams, and other stakeholders
· Supporting the smooth delivery of works by ensuring clear and effective communication
· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates

· Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing, property, construction, or a similar environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Previous Customer Liaison Officer experience is advantageous but not essential

Key requirements for this Customer Liaison Officer role:
· A full UK driving licence
· Access to your own vehicle
· Business insurance for work-related travel
· The ability to travel between Grimsby and Boston when required
