Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: £12.71

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support over the telephone and through written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails and respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience.

• Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes on internal systems.

• Resolve customer queries at first point of contact wherever possible.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Process correspondence and complete associated administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience

• Previous customer service or administrative experience.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy environment.
