An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, manufacturer-approved Accident Repair Centre.

If you have experience working within a Bodyshop, Accident Repair Centre, Automotive Customer Service, Vehicle Repair, Insurance Repair or Accident Management environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role would suit someone currently working as a:

• Customer Service Advisor
• Bodyshop Advisor
• Bodyshop Receptionist
• Bodyshop Administrator
• Customer Care Advisor
• Automotive Service Advisor
• Front of House Advisor
• Accident Repair Coordinator

Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll become the main point of contact for customers throughout the entire repair process, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection.

Working alongside Estimators, Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs), Workshop Controllers, Parts Advisors and Technicians, you’ll ensure customers receive regular updates while helping the workshop deliver customer satisfaction

• Managing customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Booking vehicles into the Accident Repair Centre.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with insurers, accident management companies and engineers.
• Supporting Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs) and the workshop team.
• Managing courtesy car bookings where required.
• Updating Bodyshop Management Systems.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
• Handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements for a Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following:

• Accident Repair Centre
• Bodyshop
• Vehicle Repair
• Manufacturer Approved Repair Centre
• Automotive Customer Service
• Insurance Repair
• Accident Management
• Bodyshop Administration
