Want a customer service role where you're actually helping to keep things running safely? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team supporting customers and engineers.

What will you be doing?
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers regarding services, appointments, faults and general enquiries
- Supporting engineers in the field by coordinating visits, passing on information and helping resolve customer issues
- Booking, rearranging and confirming engineer appointments
- Dealing with potentially urgent or time-sensitive issues calmly and ensuring they are escalated appropriately
- Accurately updating customer records, job information and communications on internal systems
- Chasing outstanding jobs, engineer updates and customer queries to make sure nothing gets missed
- Handling frustrated customers professionally, listening to their concerns and taking ownership of finding a solution
- Working closely with engineers, account handlers and internal teams to keep jobs moving
- Learning the company's products, services, procedures and industry requirements
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and confident dealing with people.
You might already have experience as a:
- Customer Service Advisor
- Contact Centre Advisor
- Helpdesk Advisor
- Service Coordinator
- Repairs or Maintenance Coordinator
- Facilities Coordinator
- Engineering Administrator
- Customer Support Advisor
Most importantly, you'll need:
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- A calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult or unhappy customers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
- The ability to prioritise and manage several enquiries at once
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
