About the Role

Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.  This is a busy and varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email. You'll play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.

  • Based in Epsom
  • c£27,000 salary
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
  • Parking on site

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders, requests and amendments accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding products and services.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
  • Support the wider team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Providing technical support, help and support
  • Achieve agreed service levels and response time targets.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
  • Empathetic with excellent listening skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • A practical or technical aptitude would be advantageous but is not essential.
