About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Services Agent to join our Operations team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support them with enquiries, orders, returns, deliveries, and product-related questions across phone, email, and CRM systems. You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, refunds, and delivery updates.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and escalating complex issues when required.
- Accurately updating customer records and case notes.
- Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and After Sales Support.
- Helping identify ways to improve the customer experience and service processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- SAP or Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
