Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot.
• Ensure effective planning and scheduling of transport and distribution activities.
• Monitor and improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support the depot team to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage budgets effectively.
• Analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

• Strong experience in a leadership role delivering depot in transport and distribution operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and regulatory compliance within logistics.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ideally CPC qualified
