- Competitive basic salary of £44,207 per annum
- OTE of approximately £50,000 per year
- Generous hourly rate of £18.84, equating to a 45-hour working week
- Full-time hours of 45 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
- Rotating Saturday mornings on a 1 in 2 basis
- Stable and settled team environment with a 16-bay workshop

- Diagnosing and repairing passenger vehicles to the highest industry standards
- Utilising diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently
- Collaborating with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate repair and service records
- Supporting the workshop in maintaining vehicle quality and safety standards
- Participating in a rota for Saturday mornings as part of your working schedule
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or similar role
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of Volkswagen and other passenger vehicles
- Recognised automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
