This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading an established Building Surveying consultancy office with responsibility for technical delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and regional business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Cardiff office, technical team, and operational planning
- Deliver senior Building Surveying consultancy advice across commercial property
- Manage fee performance, profitability, and business development
- Develop client relationships and secure new regional instructions
- Mentor technical staff and align services across Built Asset, Development, Engineering, and Sustainability teams
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Director-level Building Surveying consultancy experience
- Proven commercial property technical delivery
- Strong client development, fee management, and office leadership experience
Salary & Package
- £100,000–£120,000 salary
- £7,700 car allowance
