Description

- Prepare detailed reports on findings and proposed remedial actions.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to tenants on disrepair matters.
- Manage and monitor disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications.

Profile
A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:
