Description

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to tenants on disrepair matters.
  • Manage and monitor disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications.
  • Liaise with legal teams on disrepair cases, providing expert input when required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety guidelines.

Profile

A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:
