Are you passionate about keeping survivors safe in their own homes? We're recruiting for a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker (Home Security Specialist) to coordinate enhanced home security for clients in Southampton, helping victims and survivors of domestic abuse remain safely in their own homes through target hardening measures and safety equipment.

In this role you'll:

• Provide support, advice and assistance to those affected by or at risk of domestic abuse
• Coordinate target hardening and safety equipment at clients' properties
• Work alongside existing schemes including Southampton City Council's Dove scheme, The Blue Lamp Trust and other social landlord offers
• Link with relevant partners, including the Whole Housing Approach Co-ordinator
• Ensure children's and vulnerable adults' welfare in line with safeguarding policy and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Domestic abuse outreach experience; target hardening/home security background desirable but not essential (training provided)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Applicants must be living free from abuse

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
