Our client, a prestigious organisation within the education sector, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their team in a temporary capacity. Key Responsibilities:
MUST have minute taking experience
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, demonstrating a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to assist in decision-making processes.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and support across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for education, with a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation.
