Description

As the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide high-level executive support to 2 General Managers, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, flagging urgent matters as necessary.
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with a daily rate of £210-£225 per day.
