Role Summary
This supporting role is responsible for assisting and driving work activities across designated areas by taking a lead role in coordinating small teams and work fronts on behalf of the Site Manager. The position reports directly to the Site Manager, or as otherwise required by the deployment, and carries a duty of care for both personal safety and the safety of all individuals on site, ensuring that work is always carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.
The role requires compliance with all applicable Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) procedures as communicated during the site induction. Coordination with other work parties is essential to promote safe and efficient working practices across the site, while also capturing and reporting any delays or disruptions that impact the original scope of work.
Key objectives include adhering to all site rules and requirements as communicated by the Site Management Team, carrying out actions and supporting the creation of required project documentation within agreed milestone dates, and actively participating in the completion of all task cards allocated to the team within the required timescales.
