English Teacher – North Warwickshire

Are you an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in North Warwickshire on a long-term basis.

The Role

• Long-term fixed-term contract until July 2027

• Secondary school setting

• Teaching English across the relevant age range

• Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment

• Working as part of a supportive and committed department

• Opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils' progress and achievement

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has QTS or recognised equivalent teaching status.

• Has experience teaching English within a secondary school.

• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.

• Can plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons.

• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Builds positive relationships with pupils.

• Is committed to raising attainment and supporting all learners.

• Works effectively as part of a wider school team.
