The role
As an Entry Level Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers meet at our client’s events. It’s a full-time customer service and sales role where your communication skills and positive attitude matter more than your CV.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers and start conversations at events across Colchester and nearby areas
• Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions
• Build rapport with new customers and turn great conversations into sales
• Deliver excellent customer service from the first hello to the final sale
• Work towards daily sales goals with full support from your team
• Learn sales, negotiation and customer service skills that will last your whole career

What success looks like

• First few weeks: trained, out with the team and making your first sales
• First few months: a confident Entry Level Customer Sales Advisor delivering consistent results
• Beyond that: ready to take on more responsibility as you progress

What our client is looking for

• You live in Colchester or within a commutable distance
• You’re available for full-time work with an immediate start and over the age of 18
• You’re friendly, confident and enjoy talking to people
• You have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
• No experience needed. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, a call centre, customer service, played team sport or volunteered, you already have the core skills for this role.
