Estate Surveyor

Local authority in greater Manchester are currently looking for an estate surveyor to join their commercial property team for an initial period of three months. (likely to be longer) 

Purpose of the role: 

To undertake a caseload in accordance with a programme agreed with the Head of Service and Principal Surveyor including the following:

• Management of the let estate.
• Disposals of land and property assets.
• Acquisition of property interests for corporate schemes.
• Project management of regeneration and property development.
• Valuation of land and property for both capital and revenue.

Rate negotiable 

Hybrid 

3 months (likely to be ongoing work)
