We're looking for an Estimator who understands that accurate pricing isn't simply about spreadsheets - it's about creating opportunities, managing risk and helping win the projects that drive future growth.

You'll be joining a leading infrastructure business delivering major civil engineering, rail and utility projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value tenders where your expertise genuinely influences business decisions.

You'll be responsible for:

* Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation
* Identifying risks and opportunities
* Working closely with operational and commercial teams
* Supporting work-winning strategies on major projects
* Helping secure long-term growth through accurate and competitive pricing

We're particularly interested in candidates from:

* Rail
* Utilities
* Civil Engineering
* Highways
* Infrastructure
* Energy
* Water

You'll bring:

✔ Estimating experience within infrastructure or construction

✔ Strong commercial awareness

✔ Experience pricing NEC-based projects

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ The confidence to challenge assumptions and add value
