Treloar’s is a charity providing outstanding education, therapy and care to physically disabled young people, empowering them to live more independently and achieve their aims.
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join the Executive Office team in providing professional, confidential and proactive support to the Treloar's Leadership Team.
Based in our Executive Office, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation while contributing to governance, quality improvement and strategic planning. Working closely with senior leaders, governors and trustees, you'll help coordinate meetings, manage enquiries, support diary management, maintain organisational policies and assist with a range of HR, quality and compliance processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied role, building strong professional relationships and contributing to meaningful organisational improvements.
About you:
Committed to making a difference to the lives of physically disabled young people, you will have strong administrative experience within a busy and fast-paced environment, ideally supporting senior managers or executives. You will be confident managing competing priorities, coordinating complex meetings, and maintaining accurate records and action plans.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and able to learn new systems quickly. An effective communicator, you should be very well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who is professional, discreet and customer-focused, with the confidence to use their initiative, build positive relationships across the organisation and follow up actions effectively. Experience of governance, education, charity, quality assurance or HR administration would be advantageous.
