APT Education, a trusted, local Primary specialist, is recruiting a full‑time EYFS Teaching Assistant for a warm, supportive primary school in Milton Keynes. This long‑term role begins October Half Term and offers a genuine temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right person.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception, with a nurturing, patient approach and confidence supporting early development, phonics, play‑based learning and communication skills.

⭐ The Role

You will support children with:

• Early phonics

• Speech, language & communication

• Social and emotional development

• Play‑based learning

• Small‑group and 1:1 activities

Daily responsibilities include:

• Supporting the class teacher

• Leading small‑group learning

• Helping with routines, transitions and behaviour

• Creating a warm, safe, engaging EYFS environment

• Following early development plans

• Experience in EYFS, Nursery or Reception

• Warm, nurturing personality

• Confident supporting early learning and communication

• Available full time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30

• DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

• Reliable, committed and ready to start October Half Term
