Primary Teachers Required in Barry

Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Barry seeking a confident and committed full-time teacher to join their team.

You'll be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment, delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve.

You'll be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Contribute to wider school life and activities

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching within a primary setting
• Is confident managing a classroom
• Can adapt their teaching to different learning needs
• Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic about primary education
• Wants to become a valued member of a school team
