We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Business/Fleet Sales Executive to join our client’s prominent multi-franchise approved car dealer group in Bristol. Our client offers a comprehensive package designed to reward your success, including a competitive basic salary coupled with high earning potential through uncapped on-target earnings. The role features Monday to Friday working hours, with occasional Saturday mornings requiring availability; time in lieu can be arranged.

Duties of the Local Business/Fleet Sales Executive:
  • Selling light commercial vehicles and fleet passenger cars
  • Prospecting for new and existing local business vehicle sales opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets
  • Contributing to customer retention through excellent service
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of all vehicles and services available
  • Generating reports on sales activities, prospecting, and client engagement
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all sales and finance paperwork
  • Managing outstanding payments within the designated timescales
  • Incorporating FCA-approved approaches when presenting and selling finance and insurance products
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements of the Local Business/Fleet Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in local business/fleet vehicle sales preferred but not essential; strong automotive or B2B sales background considered
  • A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Well-presented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Demonstrable success in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency
