The Role

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you'll work across a variety of schools, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

• Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms, and age groups.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and school staff.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

About You

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and adaptable individuals who enjoy working with children and young people.

You should have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Confidence working in new environments and with different teams.
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between schools is required.
