FLT Operative

Are you an experienced FLT Operative looking for a stable, long‑term role with excellent shift patterns and strong earning potential? We're recruiting an FLT Operator to join our finishing team.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Operative in Brigg, DN20 0SP.

The rate of pay is £13.42 per hour (3% increase from July).

Overtime is paid at time and a half, Sundays and bank holidays at double time.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- Days: 6am to 6pm
- Nights 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As an FLT Operative your key responsibilities include:

- Materials handling - Safely move, load, and relocate stock across the site to support production flow.
- Goods receiving - Accept incoming deliveries, check documentation, and distribute materials to the correct departments.
- Waste removal - Clear litter and manufacturing waste from designated areas to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Waste segregation - Sort waste into the correct skips and containers, ensuring proper disposal and recycling compliance.
- Site organisation - Keep walkways, storage zones, and work areas tidy, organised, and free from obstructions.

Applicants will need previous FLT experience and an FLT Licence - In-house is accepted.
